Hurling

Gabriel, a qualified G.A.A. coach comes to our school during the year. This is generously funded by our local Ballygiblin G.A.A. club.

He coaches hurling for half the year to all the boys from first to sixth. 

Gabriel organises in school fun blitzes for 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th and 5th/6th in June every year.

We have a number of school teams also. Our fifteen a side school hurling team takes part in the North Cork Sciath Na Scol. There are also a number of Sciath Na Scol fun blitzes for younger classes.
