12  Days of Fitness Challenge for all the Family.

Physical activity is key to getting healthy and staying healthy.
The national physical activity guidelines recommend that children and young people  should be active, at a moderate to vigorous level, for at least 60 minutes every day.

To help with physical activity levels in the run up to Christmas why not try our festive 12 days of Fitmas, it would be a good challenge for you,  and your  families to get those all important physical activity levels up!

We remember all our loved ones in heaven during the month of November.  As part of Our Health Promoting School's initiative, each boy made a candle of Remembrance,  remembering a loved one  in heaven. We made a beautiful display for our school.  Thanks so much to Ms. Keane and Ms. O' Regan for putting the display together.
