12 Days of Fitness Challenge for all the Family.
Physical activity is key to getting healthy and staying healthy.
The national physical activity guidelines recommend that children and young people should be active, at a moderate to vigorous level, for at least 60 minutes every day.
To help with physical activity levels in the run up to Christmas why not try our festive 12 days of Fitmas, it would be a good challenge for you, and your families to get those all important physical activity levels up!
Hope Foundation Shoe-box Appeal
This year, due to Covid 19, The Hope Foundation Shoebox Appeal was done online. Each class had great fun making their own boxes online .
Every Christmas Shoebox brings so much joy, love and hope. COVID-19 has had a devastating effect on our partnercountries and this year, more than ever, every shoebox counts.

Our Candles of Remembrance
We remember all our loved ones in heaven during the month of November. As part of Our Health Promoting School's initiative, each boy made a candle of Remembrance, remembering a loved one in heaven. We made a beautiful display for our school. Thanks so much to Ms. Keane and Ms. O' Regan for putting the display together.
